fresh mixed - chocolate and something…smokey? i can’t identify it but it’s off (not in a bad way, but not straight chocolate)
chilled-chocolate, and, fish?
Texture
fresh mixed - very thin, oily, my mouth even after drinking water feels oily
chilled - oily, still thin
Fullness
pretty full for hours
Notes
The multi-vitamin with the daily allotment concerns me as i do 2 meals a day not 3 and so after a period of use i would run out of vitamins - would be interesting if they told you a suggested brand to buy to supplement for non-100% users or maybe let you buy extras
