Lunch: PB noodles, ok, cupcakes and candy
Dinner:
Wednesday
Lunch: potluck
Dinner: some PB noodles, over cooked, and cupcakes
peeled and chopped and baked;
2 butternut squash
~3/4 pepper
1 lb carrots
1 lb red dragon carrots
a bunch of sage
burned hand in process
fingers hurt and inflamed from peeling
gritted teeth so hard they hurt and its hard to eat
spent an hour plus trying to book flight, car, hotel for grandparents
wanted to do laundry or assemble shelf or something useful, i have not enough time
need to blend and cook a bit more the soup, then freeze for next week
update:
baked, blended with apple cider and salt, simmered, now freezing the soup
tastes OK, too much sage?

stir fry with the turnip, kohlrabi, pepper + leftover rice and chicken

Dinner: stir fry with the kohlrabi, frozen cabbage, pepper, fresh ginger root, teriyaki, pasta=ICKY

2 T honey
2 T soy +
1/2 T sesame oil
1/2 T garlic powder
1/2 T onion powder

fresh ginger root
1 lime
undercooked the pasta
didn't add enough water
too much chili oil, spicey
overheated the blender
caught pasta on fire, had to air out apartment to avoid smoke alarms

Dinner: Panera salad and sandwich
Friday
Lunch: frozen lean cuisine (stuffed peppers) due to defrosting soup and forgetting it (then trashing)
Dinner: broccoli baked in olive oil, pine nuts, Parmesan, salt, garlic powder. I under cooked the broccoli I think and over cooked it once I added the toppings.
made soup: baked red dragon carrots, a butternut squash, 2 sweet dumpling squash. Blended with Apple Cider, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, cooked a bit more. Skins didn't let me scoop like i wanted ended up peeling the skins off.
