 Day 15 - Mon oct 15

1:27-10:59

woke up easily and thought i was doing well
tea
breakfast
clothed
teeth brushed
mouthguard brushed
pills and drops taken
dishes emptied

but missed a meeting :( ugh

then straightened out scwab and did some tdi stuff

tried to work 2-5 - marginally successful at productive

had lots of tea

render was productive and got the oil changed, fuel, picked up spices

dinner break now

I do like being able to get. outof bed with only 1-2 alarms instead of 8+ and 2 hours of struggle

Day 8 - mon oct 11
 
I did the trash, recycling and compost
i cuddled my rabbit and knew i had to call and put him down
accomplished nothing else

Day 9 - Tue oct 12

1:57-11:31

called vet and got appointment to put bun down

Worked 1:30-midnight with break 5-8

dinner was leftovers

during break picked up pills and got flu shot

after work

i watched the last baketopia and cuddled bun

Day 10 - Wed oct 13

1:17a - 9a

took bun to be put down
vet agreed there was a bulge in his eye and a head tilt, likely a mass

ended up talking off rest of day to be sad and try to clean away his things and sleep and distract myself

Day 11 - Thu oct 14

1:01a -5:07a

a hectic chaotic happy day at work, whiplash

meh lunchclub meetup

great coffee chat

went to the mall and got a bunch of tea, retail therapy (unhealthy)

did sous vide chickens for dinner - i like it but not greatly enthralled by it

we cleaned up the bun room more, it hurts at first looking and them not being there

Day 12 - Fri oct 15

12:55a-1:56p

F&F day so day off

slept in and was not productive and didn't accomplish what i wanted

cleaned bun room more

did laundry

Day 13 - Sat oct 15

2:29a-12:14p

slept in late again

did eco center, home depot, boba tea, liquor store, 2 haloween stores

had sous vide chicken for dinner again

played a lot of acnh to try and catch up

Day 14 - Sun oct 15

2:25a-12:57p

slept in again boo

got to talk to mom briefly

cleaned bun room more

showered and washed hair

did some spice mixing and found i lacked nutmeg

did well prepping for next morning and got to bed on time

Day 4 - thu Oct 7 

1:34am-9:13am

Dinner (roast bison) went over very well i thought it was meh
after dinner i tried to work
i forgot to stop early even though i started early
i got no TDI things done

i suck at accomplishing my personal todos :( i was hoping this would help

and i am still exhausted too often

but i am getting up easier

Day 5 - Fri oct 8

1:15am-11:22am

work up and scrambled to do lunchclub but after 15 the person didn't show, so then i did a more leasirely get ready in the morning, still waking easier (fewer alarms), but not as productive as that first day

washed the rabbits cage since he's been unable to get into it so we can store it away

i got a subscription box to try for a date night

didn't get TDI stuff done

think i did ok on work productivity?

sad i was not at epic nerd camp (should have been checking in)

Day 6 - sat oct 09

2:03am-12:01pm

woke up
got pills ready for the week
had some toast
tried to go to zenq and yet again they were not open yet again WTF
tried to go shopping at deadmonton but they were closed
went to costco
got thanksgiving pre made meal from joeys
render got his hair cut

showered and took a bath and listened to podcast and books

didn't get tdi stuff done

so fuckign exhausted

did some laundry

did some ACNH and baketopia

Day 7 - sun oct 10

1:30am-12:24pm

woke
tried that delonia whipped coffee thing, meh?
tried calling mom got a quick moment before she was gone and i had to DND, i never get to talk to her anymore and i hate it
D&D

Render made (heated) thanksgiving dinner we had a lovely meal

played pokemon and acnh and watched baketopia after instead of productive

yet again no tdi stuff and exhausted FML

Day 8 - mon oct 11

2:15am-8:30am, 10:37am-1:10pm

thanksgiving holiday

slept too much and was still exhausted, am still exhausted after all that sleep i should not be exhausted

no TDI stuff again

had porridge for breakfast
listened to a audio book and some youtube and little things around the house and a quick shower
no idea where the fucking time/day went

ordered refills on pills to pickup tomorrow

striped bed, washed sheets, remade bed

no TDI stuff, no mixed spices like i need to for holiday gifts

so fucking useless

goal for tonight:
trash, recyling, compost

last baketopia
some ghc on demand
insurance paperwork

day 4 - thu oct 7

ugh, the day i couldnt shift

woke 9 am out of bed by 9:15

better than used to

used to set alarms for 1-2 hours every 15 min and still groggily adn barely make it out, sometimes i didn't

breakfast toast and butter and jam and tea and pills and drops and brush teeth and hair and get dressed

no time to brush mouthguard though or do dishwasher emppty/refull :( how was i so on the ball day 1?

worked 10-12

now it's 12:30 and i've been blogging and financing instead of eating lunch, gotta fix that

work again at 1

tonight is the roast i hope it'll have been on 30 hours

need to find time to roast teh caarrots and potatoes and peel the potatoes sigh

If i keep this schedule i need to learn to prepare meals in advance on weekend or something which means i need more weekend time

FML why hasn't automation made for shorter weeks like 32 hours? 3 day weekends

 day 2 - tue oct 5

less tossing and turning but i also tried less caffeine during the day (cry)

bed by 2? fitbit says 1:30-11:20

day 3 - wed oct 6

woke up 7am by partner as the sous vide was room temp

i hadn't properly turned it on

was very awake and tossed the roast, added another (frozern) roast we'll see how bad that is and how bad using frozen was

took back in recycling bins and trash buns

considered staying up vs sleeping

back to bed

woke up again groggy but still better than normal

still very behind no teeth brush or mouthguard brushing, guess i was too slow

had toast and butter and jam and tea, talke dto mom a very little and only about half od what i wanted
listened to some GHC on demand
did personal emails still a few todos form it :(

worked 2-5

made tacos for dinner for everyone

did some raids and youtube

failed to do TDI stuff (soem some emails and slack but not a todo)

worked 8-1

slept ok (again no caffeine after 2, FML)

slept 1:30 to 9:13 according to fitbit

i think i went to bed ok, not fast but not toss and turn

time shift experiment day 2

got to be dat the right time (1am) but tossed and turned and forgot to wear fitbit so unsure how much sleep i got

woke up at alarm (11a) less awake than yesterday
stuggled a little but not as much as usual to get out of bed at 11:30

banana bun
had breakfast
made tea
took eye drop
started unloasing washer
got dressed

had a work meeting at noon (like tdi yesterday)

didn't manage to take pills, brush teeth before work started which is disappointing

Worked 12-5

brushed teeth and mouthguard finally

dinner by ourselves instead of as group

then pokemon and youtube

then worked 8-12 instead of 8-10 since i started early so overworked b/c so much to do :( bad me

got through personal emails, mostly

didn't get in any GHC on demand

didn't get any TDI done :( needed to

attempted sous vide getting it into the damn bag (it was the same size) was hard let's see how it comes out

woke up before alarm (11am)

stayed in bed until alarm (11:30)

got my nook points and checked emails (personal)

got out of bed, not too sleepy after 15 min

made tea
made toast with jam and butter
brushed hair
brushed teeth
got dressed
unloaded the dishwasher partially
took eye drops
took some pills

turned on daylight lamp

TDI meeting with sponsor (12-1230)

banana'd bun
brushed mouthguard
took more pills

listening to some on-demand GHC talks so i can knock them out

got through all but 1 personal email

started updating personal laptop (patch day)

felling productive (personally)

signed up for a lunch club

i like it so far but we'll see

update:

morning work (2-5) was productive IMO but 100% email based b/c was behind from GHC the prior week

worked until 5

made dinner (pizza)

ate dinner with family

alarm went off (1900) and i went back to desk for friendly zoom (late)
then working

hit a wall after an hour and did the trash

then another work thing

another wall

we'll see how the week goes however lots of people have ended up with me having "early" meetings which screws with things *sigh*

but it seems i might need to shift up by an hour or so? idk tbd but this morning was super great
