shift tests left so devs can see it early on (in IDE / tool, linters, etc)
focus on a subset of higher priority items - overwhelming devs makes them ignore it
build in accessibility to your design library
accessibility thinking early on in design makes. abetter product for everyone
building a champion per team is the only way to scale
you have to provide training and tools (to test and experience)
building empathy is a very important part of being successful and making it *stick*
some people have multiple challenges to their access, for example being both blind a deaf. when they are not blocked they still wish to use your product or even be on your team. color, text descriptions, and variable modes are all important.
when presenting as a speaker describe your images!
things current employer is doing well but help everyone!
-keep language simple - 5th grade
-links should be specific about what is next (i.e. not more information but information about X)
