Thick, lumpy like tapioca not like unblended or gritty
Insane thick after refrigeration, and sticks to cup, but not slimy

I recommend mixing and drinking fresh. I am not sure how long I could have chocolate, even though not sweet but dark chocolate, non stop. But a great breakfast replacement.
