  <description>&amp;nbsp;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day 15 - Mon oct 15&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1:27-10:59&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;woke up easily and thought i was doing well&lt;br /&gt;tea&lt;br /&gt;breakfast&lt;br /&gt;clothed&lt;br /&gt;teeth brushed&lt;br /&gt;mouthguard brushed&lt;br /&gt;pills and drops taken&lt;br /&gt;dishes emptied&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;but missed a meeting :( ugh&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then straightened out scwab and did some tdi stuff&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;tried to work 2-5 - marginally successful at productive&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;had lots of tea&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;render was productive and got the oil changed, fuel, picked up spices&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dinner break now&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I do like being able to get. outof bed with only 1-2 alarms instead of 8+ and 2 hours of struggle&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src=&quot;https://www.dreamwidth.org/tools/commentcount?user=amazonv&amp;ditemid=1221609&quot; width=&quot;30&quot; height=&quot;12&quot; alt=&quot;comment count unavailable&quot; style=&quot;vertical-align: middle;&quot;/&gt; comments</description>

  <description>&lt;div&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day 8 - mon oct 11&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I did the trash, recycling and compost&lt;/div&gt;i cuddled my rabbit and knew i had to call and put him down&lt;br /&gt;accomplished nothing else&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day 9 - Tue oct 12&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1:57-11:31&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;called vet and got appointment to put bun down&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Worked 1:30-midnight with break 5-8&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dinner was leftovers&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;during break picked up pills and got flu shot&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;after work&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i watched the last baketopia and cuddled bun&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day 10 - Wed oct 13&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1:17a - 9a&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;took bun to be put down&lt;br /&gt;vet agreed there was a bulge in his eye and a head tilt, likely a mass&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ended up talking off rest of day to be sad and try to clean away his things and sleep and distract myself&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day 11 - Thu oct 14&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1:01a -5:07a&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;a hectic chaotic happy day at work, whiplash&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;meh lunchclub meetup&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;great coffee chat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;went to the mall and got a bunch of tea, retail therapy (unhealthy)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;did sous vide chickens for dinner - i like it but not greatly enthralled by it&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;we cleaned up the bun room more, it hurts at first looking and them not being there&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day 12 - Fri oct 15&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;12:55a-1:56p&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;F&amp;amp;F day so day off&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;slept in and was not productive and didn&apos;t accomplish what i wanted&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cleaned bun room more&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;did laundry&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day 13 - Sat oct 15&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2:29a-12:14p&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;slept in late again&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;did eco center, home depot, boba tea, liquor store, 2 haloween stores&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;had sous vide chicken for dinner again&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;played a lot of acnh to try and catch up&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day 14 - Sun oct 15&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2:25a-12:57p&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;slept in again boo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;got to talk to mom briefly&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;cleaned bun room more&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;showered and washed hair&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;did some spice mixing and found i lacked nutmeg&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;did well prepping for next morning and got to bed on time&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src=&quot;https://www.dreamwidth.org/tools/commentcount?user=amazonv&amp;ditemid=1221259&quot; width=&quot;30&quot; height=&quot;12&quot; alt=&quot;comment count unavailable&quot; style=&quot;vertical-align: middle;&quot;/&gt; comments</description>

  <description>&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day 4 - thu Oct 7&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1:34am-9:13am&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Con&apos;t&lt;br /&gt;Dinner (roast bison) went over very well i thought it was meh&lt;br /&gt;after dinner i tried to work&lt;br /&gt;i forgot to stop early even though i started early&lt;br /&gt;i got no TDI things done&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i suck at accomplishing my personal todos :( i was hoping this would help&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and i am still exhausted too often&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;but i am getting up easier&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day 5 - Fri oct 8&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1:15am-11:22am&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;work up and scrambled to do lunchclub but after 15 the person didn&apos;t show, so then i did a more leasirely get ready in the morning, still waking easier (fewer alarms), but not as productive as that first day&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;washed the rabbits cage since he&apos;s been unable to get into it so we can store it away&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i got a subscription box to try for a date night&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;didn&apos;t get TDI stuff done&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;think i did ok on work productivity?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;sad i was not at epic nerd camp (should have been checking in)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day 6 - sat oct 09&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2:03am-12:01pm&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;woke up&lt;br /&gt;got pills ready for the week&lt;br /&gt;had some toast&lt;br /&gt;tried to go to zenq and yet again they were not open yet again WTF&lt;br /&gt;tried to go shopping at deadmonton but they were closed&lt;br /&gt;went to costco&lt;br /&gt;got thanksgiving pre made meal from joeys&lt;br /&gt;render got his hair cut&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;showered and took a bath and listened to podcast and books&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;didn&apos;t get tdi stuff done&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so fuckign exhausted&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;did some laundry&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;did some ACNH and baketopia&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day 7 - sun oct 10&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1:30am-12:24pm&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;woke&lt;br /&gt;tried that delonia whipped coffee thing, meh?&lt;br /&gt;tried calling mom got a quick moment before she was gone and i had to DND, i never get to talk to her anymore and i hate it&lt;br /&gt;D&amp;amp;D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Render made (heated) thanksgiving dinner we had a lovely meal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;played pokemon and acnh and watched baketopia after instead of productive&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;yet again no tdi stuff and exhausted FML&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Day 8 - mon oct 11&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2:15am-8:30am, 10:37am-1:10pm&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;thanksgiving holiday&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;slept too much and was still exhausted, am still exhausted after all that sleep i should not be exhausted&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;no TDI stuff again&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;had porridge for breakfast&lt;br /&gt;listened to a audio book and some youtube and little things around the house and a quick shower&lt;br /&gt;no idea where the fucking time/day went&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ordered refills on pills to pickup tomorrow&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;striped bed, washed sheets, remade bed&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;no TDI stuff, no mixed spices like i need to for holiday gifts&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so fucking useless&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;goal for tonight:&lt;br /&gt;trash, recyling, compost&lt;br /&gt;acnh&lt;br /&gt;last baketopia&lt;br /&gt;some ghc on demand&lt;br /&gt;insurance paperwork&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br type=&quot;_moz&quot; /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src=&quot;https://www.dreamwidth.org/tools/commentcount?user=amazonv&amp;ditemid=1220956&quot; width=&quot;30&quot; height=&quot;12&quot; alt=&quot;comment count unavailable&quot; style=&quot;vertical-align: middle;&quot;/&gt; comments</description>

  <description>&amp;nbsp;day 2 - tue oct 5&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;less tossing and turning but i also tried less caffeine during the day (cry)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bed by 2? fitbit says 1:30-11:20&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;day 3 - wed oct 6&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;woke up 7am by partner as the sous vide was room temp&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i hadn&apos;t properly turned it on&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;was very awake and tossed the roast, added another (frozern) roast we&apos;ll see how bad that is and how bad using frozen was&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;took back in recycling bins and trash buns&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;considered staying up vs sleeping&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;back to bed&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;woke up again groggy but still better than normal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;still very behind no teeth brush or mouthguard brushing, guess i was too slow&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;had toast and butter and jam and tea, talke dto mom a very little and only about half od what i wanted&lt;br /&gt;listened to some GHC on demand&lt;br /&gt;did personal emails still a few todos form it :(&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;worked 2-5&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;made tacos for dinner for everyone&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;did some raids and youtube&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;failed to do TDI stuff (soem some emails and slack but not a todo)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;worked 8-1&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;slept ok (again no caffeine after 2, FML)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;slept 1:30 to 9:13 according to fitbit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i think i went to bed ok, not fast but not toss and turn&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br type=&quot;_moz&quot; /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src=&quot;https://www.dreamwidth.org/tools/commentcount?user=amazonv&amp;ditemid=1220512&quot; width=&quot;30&quot; height=&quot;12&quot; alt=&quot;comment count unavailable&quot; style=&quot;vertical-align: middle;&quot;/&gt; comments</description>

  <description>time shift experiment day 1&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;woke up before alarm (11am)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;stayed in bed until alarm (11:30)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;got my nook points and checked emails (personal)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;got out of bed, not too sleepy after 15 min&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;made tea&lt;br /&gt;made toast with jam and butter&lt;br /&gt;brushed hair&lt;br /&gt;brushed teeth&lt;br /&gt;got dressed&lt;br /&gt;unloaded the dishwasher partially&lt;br /&gt;took eye drops&lt;br /&gt;took some pills&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;turned on daylight lamp&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;TDI meeting with sponsor (12-1230)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;banana&apos;d bun&lt;br /&gt;brushed mouthguard&lt;br /&gt;took more pills&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;listening to some on-demand GHC talks so i can knock them out&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;got through all but 1 personal email&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;started updating personal laptop (patch day)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;felling productive (personally)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;signed up for a lunch club&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i like it so far but we&apos;ll see&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;update:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;morning work (2-5) was productive IMO but 100% email based b/c was behind from GHC the prior week&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;worked until 5&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;made dinner (pizza)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ate dinner with family&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;alarm went off (1900) and i went back to desk for friendly zoom (late)&lt;br /&gt;then working&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;hit a wall after an hour and did the trash&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then another work thing&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;another wall&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;we&apos;ll see how the week goes however lots of people have ended up with me having &amp;quot;early&amp;quot; meetings which screws with things *sigh*&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;but it seems i might need to shift up by an hour or so? idk tbd but this morning was super great&lt;br type=&quot;_moz&quot; /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src=&quot;https://www.dreamwidth.org/tools/commentcount?user=amazonv&amp;ditemid=1219910&quot; width=&quot;30&quot; height=&quot;12&quot; alt=&quot;comment count unavailable&quot; style=&quot;vertical-align: middle;&quot;/&gt; comments</description>
