Lunch: PB noodles, ok, cupcakes and candy
Dinner:
Wednesday
Lunch: potluck
Dinner: some PB noodles, over cooked, and cupcakes
peeled and chopped and baked;
2 butternut squash
~3/4 pepper
1 lb carrots
1 lb red dragon carrots
a bunch of sage
burned hand in process
fingers hurt and inflamed from peeling
gritted teeth so hard they hurt and its hard to eat
spent an hour plus trying to book flight, car, hotel for grandparents
wanted to do laundry or assemble shelf or something useful, i have not enough time
need to blend and cook a bit more the soup, then freeze for next week
update:
baked, blended with apple cider and salt, simmered, now freezing the soup
tastes OK, too much sage?
