When checking in for shmoo we got a porter to help us bring up our bags, we had many
we chose the valet the car as i would be leaving 4am and wanted to be able to call down have the car ready and a bellhop
i didn't use in out rights
check out time came, 4:20 i called down
no answer from bellhop
no answer from front desk
no answer from valet
put bags together, brush teeth
try calling again
again no answers
go downstairs with many heavy bags and had to abandon multiple bottles (which sucks, 1$ a pop to a homebrewer) a few gallons of water and some boxes which was upsetting but i couldnt carry that much
went to fron desk, they also tried to summon valet by pager/comms
no response
it took 30 min to get my car
i was in a rush ad this left me flustered and running behind schedule
sorely dissapointed - no one apologized or really seemed to care
