Notes
I love the flavor and texture. The oily-ness kills it for me. As before the multi-vitamin with the daily allotment concerns me as i do 2 meals a day not 3 and so after a period of use i would run out of vitamins - would be interesting if they told you a suggested brand to buy to supplement for non-100% users or maybe let you buy extras
