tried 100% Food
Flavor (Chocolate): very like carnation instant (good(
Texture: chunky with seeds, felt need to chew (not required) as a result took longer to drink
ease of preparation: add water, easy, no waiting
after i felt full but slightly nausious
note: i usually have a snack size silent for breakfast 250cal this was 670
tummy felt a bit off for a while after
admittedly not snacking
I prefer soylent 1.3 or 1.4 to this

tea for morning food
chicken and rice soup lunch
dried figs post lunch snacks
chicken and rice soup for dinner
then sardines, garlic, scallions, egg for dinner
now i feel bleh again, my cooking is as bad as 100% food
