Tastes like oatmeal *shrug* i was worried because online they talk about it being awful
it is very filling, i have been having 1 scoop (250cal) for breakfast instead of carnation instant breakfast - and instead of shortly being hungry again i am actually full into lunch (but eat anyway as i am very busy at work)
considering replacing lunch at work but i like occasionally being social
once i run through the pantry and freezer contents I may consider replacing dinner, or maybe as it runs down do some nights soylent and some cook or buy
why: i hate cooking for one, it wastes time
sometimes i am really tired and just eat crap food instead
this will be more nutritious than what i cook (i don't well balance fruit, veg etc), faster, less dishes
some people do crazy things like make into pancakes, cookies, smoothie but i feel if i am going to do that then i am just going to make pancakes or a smoothie etc
we'll see if that changes
this is only my second serving / day at 1 of 3
slightly gassier than normal but i get gassy a lot anyway
