attempt to visit london, australia, new zealand, states i have not, friends i have not
Mom retires (9 years? 10?)
She moves to CA, I move to PA and sell (or rent until sold) VA house
PA - age 40 - work remote? if not possible, find new job
if tea break even try and pitch for funding and start book cafe?
age 60 - retire - aka open book cafe
may be derailed by decreased funding of 401k :(
