I went vegetarian this week

Golden Beet Borscht with Zucchini

Used food processor on all the things for efficiency
Used garlic squisher on the garlic

Ended up very yummy

I had to youtube the how to cut fennel, think i made it too thick?
Screw lengthwise! normal cut the carrots and raddishes
I should have skipped the shallot :( ick
I shopped the ricotta
used the hand chopper on the almonds, not bad, still should have went with nut chopper :(
food processor'd the bread and didn't flay it
used garlic squisher

couldn't evenly fry the tomatoes, i suck at breading things
the slaw had too much shallot, had to pick it all out

overall, not bad
