Add: oil, water, cream
Taste: shortbread cookies, buttery. Githur thought of a light vanilla cake batter
Texture
Warm: smooth, oily, milk thick
Chilled: Very thick like a smoothie, but smooth, a little oily
Fullness: Full for a few hours, but then very snackish (I am not in ketosis)
Notes: Love the flavor and texture, but ketosis is not for me i end up craving carbs hard after 3 hours.
