warm: chunky, watery
cold: thick and slimy with chunks
Fullness
pretty full for hours
Notes
made with half gallon vanilla almond milk, and the rest water
Interesting it lets you customize based on Gender, Age, Height, Desire to gain or lose, low carb or gluten free, and flavor.
Directions 8-12 ounces per scoop and 14 scoops a bag. I dislike the gernic ness of it. I then aimed ~4QT per bag (8oz*14).
