I think I was out of bed by 9:30, later than the before 9 goal i had set
did 20 minutes sunlight lamp while doomscrolling
fed pets
had breakfast and tea
washed face and brushed teeth and mouthguard

cleaned up kitchen a little, oiled cutting board
had lunch (microwave entree from freezer)
checked all emails for urgent emails
fed pets 2-3pm
dug around under sink and found cotton rounds for toner to use instead of cotton balls
took way too long to figure out how to add GST to invoices in quickbooks - billed/invoiced myself for brad's custom cabinets, then paid said invoice
goofed around and watched youtube videos, should not have
