Basically they would not answer basic questions (estimate cost range) so after some back and forth found another provider.

Follow up - send resume (CV), Passport
Issues began: by policy they may not click links in email (ok cool) but they also were unable to "support encryption" after much back and forth they were willing to accept an encrypted WinZip compressed file with password.

Retainer Agreement
again - issues, they wanted credit card through email - kerfluffle - they forced me into a phone call July 4, 2018

They wanted to see if this "would continue to be an issue" me insisting on encryption. They were confused because their local disks are encrypted (sigh). Finally agreement WinZip encrypted with password again.

-Aramark - fucking me over and refusing
-current employer - will ask later
