Taste
Warm & Cool: Made with vanilla almondmilk. Sweet, malty chocolate like ovaltine. Very salty finish.
Texture
Warm: almond milk consistency with chia seeds.
Cold: thin smoothie with chia seeds.
Fullness
pretty full for hours, onset of fullness was very fast like 100% food
Notes
Strong chcolate smell, comes out mild ovaltine. I like the flavor but hate the salty finish. the chunky chia seeds is OK. Also dislike the needing oil and getting a gallon of drink - that is a lot to drink in a day.
