Observations / overall thoughts
  • nice to have a weekly item to think about and bring focus too
  • slightly stressed by not being able to do all the exercises even though not expected to as designed for different ways people think
  • envious of those who have a friend they can do them with as some students did
When you look back at your goals or reasons for taking this course, how did you do? Did your goals or intentions change?
  • did not accomplish
  • am less burnt out, barely
  • lonely
  • still confused by what do i want? what do i desire? what do i feel?
  • I did cook, i did put together lego, i did relax more
  • i am going to pt finally

What was the most surprising part of this course for you?

  • nothing really? i knew i'm out of touch but so much tv/music/movie i had no idea about

What did you find yourself reminded of that you’ve learned before?

  • i forget a lot, and had read at least one of the books before, when i re-read a book i valued i usually take something new away
What do you want to incorporate into your life going forward?
  • being ok with not checking all the boxes
  • less per day
  • ok with not doing the whole list
  • setting time aside for nothing/play

  • same, pain, not me, fight, fat, tired, headache. at least going to pt and getting a mouthguard
