Think about a major milestone that happened with your family this past year. How has this affected you?
Answer
I got married. It made me move to Canada, which I am not thrilled about, but he wouldn't move to the states.
I miss my parents, I miss my friends, thanks to covid killing travel i haven't seen them.
COVID also has overwhelmed me and I am generally bad with keeping up with friends without event reminders, and now it's just worse, I have fallen out of touch with so many people, and i just doomscroll, and often avoid responding to messages because it takes thinking.
Supplemental Question: How has the COVID-19 pandemic experience affected your relationships with your family members, near and far?

Most of my family was disowned by last year, so really whats left is my parents. And I miss my mom. I used to see them very often, and now it's been 6 months. I hate it. Also because of timezones and such we even talk on the phone less, and me sleeping so much so often.
