Describe an event in the world that has impacted you this year. How? Why?
A
I still am afraid of the grabs for power the government is making (mass surveillance), the unchecked militarization of the police (see all the killed people who were unarmed or just shot repeatedly), the over criminalization of everything (parents in the free child movement being punished for things we all did as kids and our parents let us and we are ok, like going to the park alone), the continued battle against women's bodily autonomy, and just the shit state of the planet and world. makes me glad I can not reproduce.
