So
1. I didn't chop the capers, seemed silly
2. I lost part of a cornichon in the kitchen, i won't find it until it smells funny, i looked and looked, damn round things
3. they didn't include olive oil or salt and pepper, that's fine
4. "some lemon juice" GAH i hate that
5. the oil and fish was a disaster, oil all over, i think i undercooked the fish and all the batter came off
6. I dislike the use of olive oil, i should have used other, it smokes
7. I don't like radishes

So i cooked the meal
the fish and sauce was good
the sauce on the potatoes was good, but they seemed a bit undercooked
the salad was...meh not a fan of the chive or radish
