cold: thick and slimy with chunks

Interesting it lets you customize based on Gender, Age, Height, Desire to gain or lose, low carb or gluten free, and flavor.
Directions 8-12 ounces per scoop and 15 scoops a bag. I dislike the generic ness of it. I made with gallon of water.
I know this is my girlfriends favorite brand but I really don't see myself ever buying tis brand again.
