I snack much less on days I consume soylent - win
It tastes like cream of wheat, and I am ok with that - i like plain cream of wheat.
I have MUCH less trash when I am consuming lots of soylent.
I like 1.4 and joylent strawberry best, but i haven't tried them all yet (working on it)
I am not doing it to lose weight but that's a bonus if it happens
I don't hate food - I hate cooking and cleaning for one in subsistence mode. I love cooking something fun when I have time or friends. I love eating delicious foods out. What I hate is mindless eating a box of cookies for dinner because I am too tired to cook. So I am for sure eating healthier!
Also I don't have a lot of free time this saves me time - no/less grocery shopping, less time cooking, less time cleaning.

i have to cut back on my fiber pill supplements on occasion or my poop is too soft
