Move back to PA in 10 years, purchase parents house
at 60, retire, open tea cafe (light food, perhaps certain days high/low tea, curated books, some games) - encourage sit and relax and drink and eat (private spaces for events? free wifi)
retire again at 75 or 80 depending on health
target 2 million in retirement fund
research book industry, food service, games
