Paella with Roasted Mushrooms and Broccoli Rabe

So, this waited a whole week as i hopped out of town to the ER for a few days
the broccoli rabe when mushy
anyway
this one i mostly followed the directions (shock) only after 7 minutes the stuff in the oven was a little too crispy :(
Was i supposed to remove most of the stems? they seem a bit chewy
in the end it was DELICIOUS omnomnom
possibly from starving yesterday in the ER
