- nice to have a weekly item to think about and bring focus too
- slightly stressed by not being able to do all the exercises even though not expected to as designed for different ways people think

- nothing really? i knew i'm out of touch but so much tv/music/movie i had no idea about

- i forget a lot, and had read at least one of the books before, when i re-read a book i valued i usually take something new away
- being ok with not checking all the boxes
