VIT Meals
Unflavored

Taste
Warm: salty oatmeal
Cold: still salty oatmeal

Texture
Warm: watery grits or maybe water with chia seeds
Cold: watery grits or maybe water with chia seeds

Fullness
I ate half a bag and was full for hours.

Notes:
Unlike many meal replacements, this did not get thicker with refrigeration. Not loving it or hating it.

The company contacted me and let me know I ended up with an unflavored one designed for people who want to bake it! Oopse. It wasn't bad though.

So I followed their suggestion and Made pancakes
Recipe
1.5c almond milk
1 egg
1 packet

The pancakes were very watery, so I ended up making scrambled egg style food.

It was delicious, honestly like DELICIOUS

I might suggest less milk

To note it produced more scrambled VIT than I could consume in a sitting, but I was full for at least 4 hours after even after eating only 1/3-1/2 the food.
