So plans did not go as planned

Thursday
Lunch: defrosted soup
Dinner: Panera salad and sandwich

Friday
Lunch: frozen lean cuisine (stuffed peppers) due to defrosting soup and forgetting it (then trashing)
Dinner: broccoli baked in olive oil, pine nuts, Parmesan, salt, garlic powder. I under cooked the broccoli I think and over cooked it once I added the toppings.

made soup: baked red dragon carrots, a butternut squash, 2 sweet dumpling squash. Blended with Apple Cider, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, cooked a bit more. Skins didn't let me scoop like i wanted ended up peeling the skins off.

Ideas:
Spinach pasta
PB & ? sandwiches
Make desserts for lunch/work! (cupcakes? cinnamon rolls?)
